Our apartment at The Regency Palace Madeira, in our opinion is one of the best situated apartments in the complex, The sun is on the apartment from early in the morning until late afternoon.

The balcony is very private and the room delightful with its blue regency colours, it is light and airy and very comfortable and bright. The wonderful views over the swimming pools and sea are really beautiful, and the gardens below the balcony are very pretty with many palms and tropical plants, intermingled with several waterfalls and pools with huge carp and other fish, very peaceful to sit and watch from one of the many seating areas around them.

The apartment also has the advantage of being accessed from the lobby by a gentle slope
although numbered it is in fact off of the main lobby and flat and easy to get to with no stairs to contend with to lifts. The staff are very friendly and helpful and there are some very good walks from the hotel. With the forum only a short walk away with a huge selection of shops, and a large supermarket.
