Clowance House can be found in the heart of the south Cornwall Praze-An-Beeble near Camborne, set within 97 acres of park and woodlands, and a four acre lake. The resort includes a leisure center with a heated pool and gym, bar, live entertainment and a private nine-hole golf course.

This is a 2 bedroom coach house sleeps 6, the accommodation is basic but clean and practical. Consisting of 2 bedrooms upstairs and a bathroom with a bath and shower over. Downstairs consists of a large lounge kitchen diner and patio doors leading out to courtyard. The unit has a TV and DVD player and freeview in the living room area.

A great place to rest your weary bones in between exploring the amazing Cornwall towns and villages e.g. Lost Gardens of Heligan, the Eden Project, Lands End, Truro, Penzance, St Michael's Mount and The Lizard Peninsula.

The exchange company it is affiliated to is interval international.
Timeshare is a fixed week and it is the 2nd week of January.
We have used it twice and my family have absolutely loved their journeys to Cornwall and to Clowance House.
