Keswick Bridge Time Share runs alongside the River Greta 600 yds from the centre of Keswick. A modern swimming pool is 200yds from the site. It is in the north half of the Lake District next to both Derwentwater and Bassenthwaite Lake and surrounded by very impressive mountains. The town is the centre of a major holiday area and the facilities available reflect this- the town itself has a wealth of restaurants, cafes, shops, street market and pubs, to satisfy all tastes. The whole area is one of the gems of the English countryside with both mountain and low level walking, sailing on Derwentwater, and most other outdoor activities available. There is an excellent Theatre in the town and programmes are arranged so that three different performances can be seen in one week. Lake Windermere is 20 minutes away by car or bus, the city of Carlisle is 15 miles and Hadrians Wall 30Miles

The 23 Lodges are in 3 acres of countryside and are built from Swedish Pine and Lakeland Stone to reflect the nature of the area. The lodge is on three floors with parking on the ground, one ensuite double bedrooms and one twin bedroom with adjacent facilities on the first floor, and on the second floor kitchen, dining area, large seating area with TV /radio/cassette player & large terrace facing the mountains.

The sofa in the seating area converts to a double bed, and the terrace is ideal for sitting/eating and faces south. Bed linen and towels are provided and the property is fully serviced before arrival and after departure. Kitchen and dining equipment is provided for 6 people.

The resort was built in 1988 and has been maintained to a high standard with regular updates including Wifi.
