This is a Penthouse apartment in Barnsdale Country Club, near Oakham in Rutland and Stamford in Lincolnshire. It is set in a conservation park on the shores of Rutland Water, a man-made reservoir with fishing and sailing facilities as well as pleasant walks and cycle paths. Barnsdale is affiliated to RCI. The on-site facilities include a restaurant, pool, golf and spa. The week for sale is fixed at week 20 which falls in mid-May. The Penthouse is a two-bed unit which can sleep 6 people. It is on the first floor which is served by a lift and the balcony gives a view of the lake. The unit has a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. The resort has car parking on site.

We have used our week to exchange through RCI and we have enjoyed skiing holidays in the US and Canada as well as several holidays in the Canary Islands. I t is with some regret that we are selling our unit but, since moving away from the area, we can no longer enjoy the Country Club's facilities.
