A well appointed kitchen comfortably caters for 6, plus some extra guests if required. Within the property there is a top quality entertainment system including Bang & Olufsen TV and Hi-If. Your lodge has parking for 2 cars which is situated immediately outside the frontage of the property - there is also more availability lower down on the Hotel site. To approach the Lodge the drive is through a secluded mature English woodland and when inside the property, the balcony has immediate views of the adjacent Golf Course fairway. In addition to golf there is also, Tennis, Squash, Swimming , Gym and Spa facilities of the parent Hotel all of which are available for guests of lodge. Also a discount for the Restaurants is given to the Lodge owners to be used as and when.

This impressive unit has been extremely useful for our family over the years for both relaxation and exploring the wonders of the local area. We are now getting into our senior years and cannot fully use the great sporting facilities that are available and others, we know, will profit from this sale.

The time-share for sale is a fixed week 23 which is middle of June. This invariably means the good summer weather has already started to make the weeks holiday even more of a wonderful experience.
