We are selling week 52 at MacDonalds Spey Valley Golf & Country Club, Aviemore, Scotland. This is the Christmas week and is fixed for 22nd to 29th of December. The apartment is on the first floor in a block of eight with parking for one vehicle and looks out to the River Spey with the Cairngorm Mountain range behind. There is one bedroom with twin beds and a double sofa bed in the lounge. It has a fully equipped kitchen and dining area. Sliding doors from the lounge lead to a covered, heated balcony with seating and a small outdoor balcony. The resort has a large indoor sports hall with badminton, tennis, squash courts, snooker room, gymnasium, steam room, solarium, whirlpool and swimming pool. Onsite there is also a hairdressing salon, laundry and large indoor children's play area. The resort has an excellent steak club bar and grill. As a guest you have access to the 9 hole golf course as well as the Spey Valley championship golf course next door. Other activities nearby include skiing, mountain biking, water sports, clay pigeon shooting, 4x4 off road driving, pony trekking and forest trails through the Rothiemurchus estates. Some of the recommended days out include the Cairngorm Mountain Railway, Landmark Forest Heritage Park, Highland Wildlife Park, Strathspey Steam Railway to name but a few.

The resort is affiliated to RCI, DAE and Interval International.
The nearest airport is 30 miles away in Inverness. The town of Aviemore lies in the beautiful Cairngorm National Park and is only one mile from the resort. There is a large supermarket and a variety of shops, restaurants and cafes. Whether you are looking for a place with lots of activities or a place to just relax in beautiful scenery I am sure that you would enjoy owning a week at this wonderful resort.
