The lodge has an extensive kitchen equipped with hob,oven,dishwasher,fridge/freezer and a washing machine. There is a large lounge area with a leather suite consisting of 2 large sofas and 2 chairs,and a dining table which comfortably seats up to 8 people. There is a large,modern TV/DVD in the lounge and separate TVs in both bedrooms,all receiving satellite channels.

The lodge is very well located within the resort and is great for cycling and walking with mostly flat terrain. Balloch can be reached easily by foot or bike. The marina and The Boat House (restaurant and bar) is only 100 yards away. Car parking for 2 vehicles is adjacent to the lodge plus a large parking area at the Boat House nearby.
