On-Site facilities include large open-air swimming pool with adjoining restaurant, secluded children's pool, tennis court, and office/reception with wi-fi. Shops on site include a small supermarket/bakery, cafe, hairdresser and chemist.

We are selling weeks 16 & 17 for the two apartments in the same 3 storey block so that your holiday can extend to two consecutive weeks for the last week in April and the first week in May each year when the weather can be pleasantly warm.

Each apartment is either on the first or second floor with an easy stairs entrance and they both have identical layouts comprising a good sized living/dining room with TV and direct access to a covered balcony with views over extensive parkland for walking on a private estate. There are two twin bedrooms and a studio couch in the living room to sleep 6 with privacy for 4 persons and a bathroom, separate WC and well-equipped full kitchen with dishwasher and electric cooker. Also included with each apartment is a covered secure parking garage for 1 car.

Each apartment is held on a Lease with 57 years to run expiring in 2071 and the management fees cover all the on-site maintenance for the interior of each apartment including linen and towels and also the exterior of the extensive gardens and on-site facilities including the garages.

We've made extensive use of our RCI membership by exchanging similar 2 bedroom accommodation in Portugal, Guernsey and many UK resorts in Cornwall, Devon and West Wales.

We are only selling due to ill-health and our personal difficulties in flying to Nice which is very easy from London/Stansted.
