The Lakelands Resort looks out across Ambleside to the sweeping fells of Loughrigg and Fairfield Horseshoe. There is a pathway with steps providing a short walk down into the town of Ambleside which lies at the head of Lake Windermere. The area is rich in charming country inns, spectacular views and wonderful walks. All the lakes and local attractions are within easy reach of Ambleside.

The Lakeland Resort comprises 30 superbly furnished apartments and a luxurious modern Leisure Centre. This features a large indoor heated swimming pool with spa pool, a children's pool and patio area. The resort is affiliated to Interval International so that, if required, the weeks can be exchanged for weeks in any of their other resorts.

The apartment is designed to sleep four people with one double bedroom with a king-size bed, and one bedroom with two single beds. The living room has a large French window opening onto a terrace with table and chairs and magnificent views over Ambleside. The room is comfortably furnished with two leather settees and includes a modern colour flat panel television with DVD player. There is a fully fitted kitchen including a dishwasher, a bathroom and a cloakroom. The apartment has an allocated parking bay in the private resort car park which is close to the apartments. The timeshare is for two weeks fixed at the first two weeks in September. Since the photographs were taken, the kitchen has been refurbished and updated with new appliances.
