School summer holiday week in a one bedroom apartment sleeping 4 people at Royal Sunset Beach Club.

Royal Sunset Beach Club is furnished to a high standard, located close to Fanabe beach . The resort is in more of a peaceful area but still close to everything you will need. The resorts location is close to restaurants and bars it is conveniently close to shops and activities. For those who enjoy nightlife Playa de las Americas is not too far away, and there are many cheap taxis available to take you wherever you may wish to go.

The beach is only 100 meters away with water activities for all ages. Mount Teide National Park is less than an hour away by car and is a popular excursion. Siam Water Park is one of the premier water parks in Europe and is only a short distance away by free bus service. One of the main attractions just a short walk away is the marina and harbour at Puerto Colon from where there are numerous boat excursions and water sports. An excursion to watch the whales and dolphins is one of many excursions which departs from here.

There are several championship golf courses in the area. Just inland is the relatively unspoiled village of Adeje and, near here, the Barranco del Infierno (Hell's Gorge),which is a picturesque lush ravine, very popular with walkers. Other leisure activities in the area include boating/sailing, bowling alley, casino, cinema, fishing, hiking, horse riding and many others. Royal Sunset Beach Club is approximately 15 minutes away from the airport where there is an excellent taxi service. Transfers to and from airport can be organised via the resort.

The apartments have large balconies/terraces, heated pool and Jacuzzi, a children's pool and a bar. The resort has a clubhouse with a bar, lounge, restaurant, gymnasium, squash courts and sauna and massage facility. The pool, tropical gardens and the resort are kept well.

You can enjoy regional and international cuisine in the hotel's restaurant, accompanied by a good selection of wines. The poolside bar offers light meals and refreshments. There is a take-away service available or you can choose to cook your own food in the well appointed apartments. There are several excellent food shops nearby from where you can buy local and international food. The recently refurbished units are well designed, reasonably spacious and have everything you need and more. They are kept really clean by the cleaning staff. There is a children's club and both daytime and evening entertainment is always available at the resort which you can enjoy but do not have to should you just wish to relax.

Our apartment has one bedroom with a double bed and fitted wardrobes, bedside table and dressing table. In the lounge there is a double sofa bed, an additional sofa colour TV, DVD player, table and chairs iron and ironing board, safe deposit box, telephone, balcony with table, chairs and umbrella and private roof terrace with barbecue and sun loungers, table and umbrellas.


There is also a fully equipped kitchen, with coffee maker, crockery, dishes, fridge/freezer, kettle, kitchen utensils, microwave, and toaster. There is a 4 ring hob, oven, grill and dishwasher for those wishing to self cater.

The bathroom includes, a shower, a hair-dryer and a shaver point. The apartment is one of the few timeshares in Tenerife with air conditioning. Our apartment has a Friday check-in day, and it is often possible to extend your holiday by contacting Reception. Reception is open 24 hours and from here you can book many excursions, book car hire or moped hire. Car parking is available. The staff at the resort are extremely friendly and helpful.

Royal Sunset Beach Club is a Gold crown resort and has been ever since it was built. It is affiliated to both RCI and II, so if you ever tire or the wonderful resort or just want to try somewhere different you can always exchange into one of the many excellent resorts throughout the world.
