The 5* Marriott Beach Club is situated on Mai Khoo beach on Thailand's largest island, Phuket, in the Andaman Sea and 15 minutes drive from Phuket International airport.

The resort is set in beautiful lush tropical gardens. There are three magnificent swimming pools facing the Andaman Sea including a children's swimming area, water slide and lap pool with one of the pools having a swim-up bar.

The beach has beautiful soft white sand and it is a delight to swim/paddle in the clear turquoise water. Water sports and beach equipment are available to rent.
The 2 bedroom/2 bathroom villas/apartments with accommodation for 8 people are spacious and very well equipped. Large living room and dining area with 3 TV's together with a DVD player and CD player. A fully equipped kitchen has a complete service for 8, and utility area with washer and dryer.

There is a private balcony or terrace, and lifts to the apartments. The pools, gardens and villas/apartments are all spotless and well maintained.

The resort has 6 restaurants and lounges for dining either indoors or al-fresco, Spa with a range of wellness programmes and treatments, Fitness Centre, tennis courts, children's activity centre with supervised indoor and outdoor activities, Thai cookery classes, a very well stocked deli and a number of gift shops.

The on-site tour and travel desk will arrange day trips to other islands, golfing, deep sea fishing, scuba diving, elephant trekking in the rain forest, sea kayaking etc. International golf courses are nearby.

This is a lovely resort in a beautiful location and all the staff are very helpful and friendly. The Marriott week can be exchanged through Interval International for other resorts around the world.
