The apartment is in the Oasis Lanz Club. It is in the centre of Costa Teguise, very close to all attractions and about 50 yards from the sea front. Close to the airport and affiliated to Interval International. It has two swimming pools with gym and entertainment.

The week is 34 which is the third week in August so great for the school holidays. It has one bedroom and can take up to 4 people. It has a large balcony and there is ample car parking in the grounds. I have owned it for 18 years and think it is time to sell. We have enjoyed it very much as it is so close to all the restaurants and bars, but the resort itself is very quiet. You can be on the sea front or at the beach with a very short walk. There are also good supermarkets close by and also a good selection of shops.
