The kitchen is partial but adequate for cooking with microwave, fridge, dishwasher,hob etc. The Air conditioned unit has daily maid service with bed turning facility in the evening. Week 47 is generally the last week in November which coincides with Funchal's Christmas light switch-on. The Funchal centre is a 15 minute walk along the cruise ship promenade with many excellent restaurants within 5 minutes.
This is a top class resort with facilities to match including TV in all bedrooms and lounge, A/C, dining table and chairs, sofa and 4 lounge chairs, walk in wardrobes, discreet furnishings and excellent public areas. Different nightly entertainment is provided in one of the lounge bars. The indoor pool is only 1.2m deep and very warm with two outdoor pools, whirlpool and kiddies pool and soft play area.
