The outstanding feature of this apartment is its location and uninterrupted views through a very large picture window over the gardens to the sea from the Isle of Wight in the East to Old Harry rocks in the West. It is linked to the 4 star Carlton Hotel and as such all the hotel facilities are available to timeshare owners including a 20% discount in the restaurant. The apartment is about a 10 minute walk to the pier or the town centre with its large shopping centre with precincts and shopping alleys. Access to the beach is down a steep winding path or cliff lift both of which are opposite the apartments. Bournemouth has 7 miles of award winning beaches with golden sands and is considered to be one of the premier resorts in the UK with numerous restaurants, clubs, cinemas, theatre's, parks and sporting facilities. It is also well situated for trips to the New Forest, Poole, Christchurch, Lymington and ferry to the Isle of Wight.
