The timeshare ownership is at the Burnside Park Gold Crown resort in the Lake District, close to the lakeside piers in Bowness on Windermere.

The week number is 20, which each year is normally the third week of May.

The first floor cottage sleeps four and the balcony is in a southerly sun facing position overlooking the gardens and other cottages.

It is maintained to a very high standard having had a new bathroom recently with a new kitchen due to be installed in January 2014.

The cottage has television, DVD player, free Wi Fi, oven, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine etc. It also has a reserved car parking space. A laundry is available on site.

Ownership at the Burnside Park gives free access to the on site leisure club which includes the heated indoor swimming pool with children's area, sauna, steam room and Jacuzzi. There is also a snooker room, TV and bar.

This week is a Saturday changeover.
