Palm Beach Club is just a 20 to 25 minutes taxi ride from Tenerife South Airport. The Club enjoys a beach front location with the beach being just metres away across a largely pedestrianised area. The promenade offers excellent views across to the island of La Gomera. A turn to the left along the promenade takes you towards Los Cristianos and, the right turn a walk to Puerto Colon with its harbour and lovely beach and then on to Torviscas. Both walks offer good views of the coast line. There are plenty of bars, cafés and restaurants in the close vicinity. For visitors wishing to go to other island resorts and beauty spots such as Los Gigantes, Puerto de la Cruz or Mount Teide, car hire and coach excursion details are available at Reception. Local bus services run to various parts of the island. There is public parking available adjacent to the Club, which is not managed by the Club, but there are reduced prices for Club residents.

Palm Beach Club staff provide excellent service to owners and guests. All enquiries and requests are dealt with speedily and very efficiently. The Club has received the RCI Hospitality Award for 2014. Facilities include a fitness centre, large outdoor swimming pool with a children's pool, hot tubs, beauty parlour and hairdresser. At one end of the pool and away from the immediate pool area, sun terraces have been created and at the other end there are opportunities for games activities such as darts, petanque, short mat bowls and table tennis.

There is a mini market off the reception area. Restaurant and bar facilities are on site with entertainment. Laundry room facilities are also available. The timeshare is fixed week- weeks 41 and 42, which are in mid October. The comfortable studio, which is 40m2, has been tastefully refurbished. The accommodation includes a well equipped kitchenette, a full bathroom with hairdryer, a bedroom area and a lounge area, which are separated by a privacy screen. There are twin beds, a sofa to sleep two, an armchair, dining table and chairs and good wardrobe space. There is a flat screen TV and a DVD player. DVDs can be rented from the 24 hour Reception. State of the art reading lamps are above the beds. A digitally operated safe in the studio is free to owners.

The studio is on the second floor and is just one floor down from Reception and one floor up from the swimming pool. There are lifts to all floors. The studio has a balcony, which overlooks a planted area and the swimming pool and is well furnished with table and chairs, two reclining chairs and a drying rail.
