The Apartment is within the Radisson Blu Golden Sands Resort and Spa, and the membership is with the Island Residence Club.

The hotel complex is in the Mellieha �area on the island of Malta. It is a fairly quiet part, ideal for a relaxing holiday. The resort lies directly on the coast, with views of unspoilt countryside and farmland to the rear.

The Airport is approximately forty minutes away and there are buses a short walk from the hotel to get you to all parts of the island, and also car parking for self drive.

The island of Gozo and Comino, can easily be reached, with a short ferry crossing, and like Malta, have many sites of historical and architectural places to see, not to mention its contribution in the war years.

The hotel complex hosts, two outdoor pools, and one indoor pool, a gym and sauna, a laundry room, three restaurants, and a deli shop. There is entertainment on various evenings through the week.

The time share is a floating week, and can be used in months between October and May. These months take in Easter, Bank Holiday, Xmas and New Year.

The apartment sleeps six and has two bathrooms. It is situated on the sixth floor,and can be accessed by lift or stairway.

An excellent view of open country side and coast, can be seen from a ample sized balcony covering the whole of one side of the apartment. It is also on a corner position.�

The facilities include Air Conditioning, a fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher,microwave etc. Flat screen TV in lounge and bedrooms. Top quality furnishing throughout, and chambermaid services included.

There is also a comfortable lounge, exclusive to members only on the ground floor of the hotel.
