I am selling my August villa timeshare weeks as I am now a retired teacher and no longer have to go on vacation in the summer holidays. I have the middle 2 weeks in August (weeks 32 and 33).

This is a detached villa, in Nerja, under an hour from Malaga airport on the new motorway. Nerja is a popular resort with expats, as it has no hi-rise buildings and no cheap hotels or tacky seaside arcades.

It stands in it's own walled garden which is well kept, complete with lemon and orange trees.  It has a long veranda looking over the garden, out to the town and the sea and has a spiral staircase leading to a roof sun terrace.  It has 2 separate twin bedrooms (master bedroom has an en-suite) and has a sofa bed in the lounge so it can sleep 6. It has a good sized kitchen and a separate dining room. It also has a bathroom, a safe, a washer and has satellite TV with Sky.

It stands in a quiet cul-de-sac in a managed conurbation (with ample parking) which has a supermarket, car hire, library, bars, restaurants and 3 swimming pools. It is a good half hour walk to the beach, but there is an hourly bus service that goes into town and visits the 3 excellent beaches.

It belongs to an excellent UK management company who regularly refurbishes the villa, and keeps the  annual maintenance charges to a minimum.
