The name of the resort is Royal Club and it is located at Palm Jumeirah in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Palm on which the Royal Club is situated is considered as the 8th Wonder of the World. It is adjacent to Burj Al Arab, "the only seven star hotel in the world". It is about 30 minutes drive from Dubai International Airport. The Royal Club is affiliated to Interval International, an exchange company. It has facilities like swimming pools, restaurants, shops, gymnasium, health spas and other sporting facilities.


As a holiday resort, Palm Jumeirah offers excellent attractions to families. A dedicated beach area, large swimming pool, modern gym and children's playground are available to Club owners. Shopping malls and international hotels are available within the vicinity of the Palm. Many berths, vessels and yachts are available at a nearby Marina for leisure. Also, there is a nearby international golf course, as well as a Water Park.


I belong to the Gold Season (Even Years) in my timeshare and I own Week 44, with a range of 3rd September - 16th December for its use. This can however be varied with authorization from the Resort Management. Third-Party Authorization for use is possible with my timeshare. My unit is a One-Bedroom Apartment. It has a Master bedroom (furnished with TV and air conditioner), with two bathrooms(en suite bathroom and bathroom with shower), living room with sofa and dining area, with a fully-furnished kitchen. It has capacity to accommodate four people. There is a car park.


I successfully exchanged my week in 2011 with Interval International for a resort in Gambia. I could not however travel to the resort as scheduled for personal reasons. I also successfully rented out the apartment in 2012. I am selling the resort because the nature of my work does not allow me to utilize the resort and what it offers maximally. My asking price is only Ten Thousand Pounds. Royal Club, Palm Jumeirah is a place to be.
