La Quinta club is part of the La Manga Club which is a well known golf and tennis resort. It is about 10 miles from Murcia airport, with good flights to UK mainland and easily accessible to the La Manga seaside resort. Nearby are local golf and fishing resorts and Cartagena is not far away.� The luxury club is affiliated to RCI (gold crown resort) and Dial an Exchange.

There are approximately 30 villas from which you can see the Mar Menor inland sea and there is a large pool, poolside bar and restaurant. There is also a whirlpool and there are weekly barbecue and entertainment sessions.

The timeshare is a floating blue week which entitles you to a week in April, May/June� or September. We bought the week in�� 2000 and it is a very well appointed 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa with a sun-deck above and a balcony for barbecues etc.

We are selling because we now have a full-time holiday propertybso this is surplus to requirements.� There is a management committee run by the members which decides on expenditure and service charges.
