The is also access to a balcony with table and chairs offering beautiful views over Rutland Water.� Ownership also includes all year leisure membership facilities for two persons.

Barnsdale Hall and Country Club is situated some 300 yards from the A606 between Oakham Rutland and Stamford Lincs.� Oakham the capital town of Rutland is some three mile from the site.

The resort offers many activities including 6 tennis courts, 2 squash courts, bowls, golf and a fully air-conditioned gym as well as a 22 metre pool with sauna and steam room.� There are also play areas for children.

There are many local facilities including sailing, fly fishing, cycle hire and bird watching.

The nearest airport is East Midlands, 35 miles away and Birmingham airport is some 65 miles away.

Dogs are not allowed on-site unless a guide dog.

All lodges are non-smoking.

Barnsdale also offers three different types of dining facilities.

There is ample car parking throughout the site as well as a dedicated space for each lodge.
