Regency at Paradise Court resort is located at the Torviscas urbanization, Adeje, Tenerife, Canary Islands, 12 miles by motorway from the Reina Sofia airport - Tenerife South. The place is part of the well-known Playa de las Americas, south-west of the island. It is driving distance to Teide National Park, which is a must. El Teide is Spain's highest peak (3,718-metre or 12,198 ft). The resort was built on the slope of a hill, overlooking the ocean and the neighbouring island of La Gomera (worth visiting). Distance to beach is ¾ mile bee-line, free shuttle service available. Water park Aqualand has many attractions and is within walking distance, as well as shops and restaurants. There is a pool and a convenience store/bar available on the premises. The access road with parking (Calle Irlanda) is a dead end street and the neighbourhood is very quiet for such a populated resort. Those loving night entertainment, performing artists, karaoke etc. can be enjoyed in the 'mother' resort Regency Club, a few hundred yards away.

The apartment is located in one of the upper floors of the building, more or less the same level as the entry gate and the pool (few stairs necessary). It is a one-bedroom unit with a bed for two, bathroom, separate living room and a  fully equipped kitchen. Another two persons can sleep on a foldaway bed, there is a spacious balcony with an outdoor table, chairs, parasol and a pleasant sea-view. There are also ceiling fans, a TV set, safe deposit box, telephone and a hair dryer. Our week is in October high or red season.

Exchanges of weeks organized by Interval International took us to Ontario (Canada), Mallorca (Spain) and Bornholm (Denmark). We are selling the week due to the our physical conditions as travelling is difficult now due to our age.
