The Royal Savoy 5 star Vacation Club Resort in Madeira is prominently located in the bay of Funchal within easy walking distance of the town centre and harbour.

The resort has two outdoor seawater pools, a children's splash pool, heated outdoor jacuzzi and pool side restaurant. These are all within a sea level sun deck which is landscaped into small areas with sun beds and there is a jetty for sea bathing. Indoors on the ground floor are a pool, fitness centre, sauna and beauty salon. The main lounge areas are large and comfortable with library on the mezzanine level.

Vacation Club activities are varied and feature nightly in the a la carte restaurant and piano bar. Island excursions using minibuses with very knowledgeable driver/guides, are numerous and ideal for families and all age groups.

The time-share for sale is fixed to week 48 (Monday Changeover) and falls at the end of November beginning of December. This is an ideal time with average temperatures still in the low to mid 20's. The local Christmas festivities are starting and the famous Funchal street lights/decorations are coming on.The apartment is south facing with ocean view. It consists of a double bedroom, lounge, kitchen, and two bathrooms. The main entrance leads to the kitchen and lounge. The bedroom is off the lounge and has an on-suite walk in wardrobe and a full bathroom with separate shower. The lounge has its own bathroom with shower. There is a bed settee in the lounge. The lounge and bedroom both have access to a balcony that is equipped with a table, four chairs and sun beds.

There are many food shops and restaurants within easy walking distance. The restaurants cater for a wide variety of menus to suit most tastes and your Royal Savoy Club Card usually gives 10 % off the bill.

There is a large underground car park which is supervised at all times.

The Royal Savoy offer exchange weeks if it is not convenient to use the allocated weeks. They also offer a rental programme.
