Truly luxury 3 bed lodge in grounds of top class hotel just outside Grantham, central England accessible with good train services to numerous places country, town and sea if you want a change from driving.  The lodge balcony overlooks the second tee of one of the two championship class golf courses.  Tennis, squash, swimming facilities of hotel available for guests at lodge.

The week is a gold week which makes it desirable from the point of view of exchanges.  We have used it for exchange to Slaley Hall and Cameron House via the De Vere direct transfer system and to a Marriott Hotel in Florida via IE.  Despite initial apparent lack of any availability, once they knew what was offered in exchange doors opened.  Most years the week falls within the school half term holiday.

Besides 3 bedrooms there is a double pull down bed in the lounge providing a total availability for 8 guests.  There are three bathrooms with a spa bath in the en-suite for the master bedroom and a sauna in another.  A fully equipped kitchen caters for 8 plus some extra guests if required.  Washing machine and iron are available and top quality entertainment facilities include 4 TVs stereo sound and docking station.  The lodge has immediate parking for 2 cars with more available lower down on site.

This unit has been incredibly useful over the time of ownership but we are now getting old and our family have moved abroad  and we feel someone else could benefit more than us.
