The Mayan Palace resorts in Riviera Maya, Los Cabos, Nuevo Vallarta, Puerto Vallarta, Acapulco, Puerto Penasco and Mazatlan are all in prime beach locations. They are maintained to the highest standards with complete redecoration every three years. Each resort has several swimming pools, several very reasonably priced restaurants, shops and bars. The high season from January to April ensures perfect consistent warm/hot weather during our winters. With this timeshare you can choose any week in the year except three (Easter, Christmas and New Year weeks) bi-annually and if you don't go there is nothing to pay. The Mayan resorts have excellent golf courses and this agreement includes 50% off all golfing fees.

All the resorts are extensive and extremely secure properties and are all within easy reach of the airports. Mayan Palace Riviera Maya has a regular free shuttle bus to beautiful Playa del Carmen from where ferries can be taken to Cozumel (snorkeling paradise) and is not far from Cancun. The world heritage site of Chichen Itza can be reached easily.
The "show house" standard apartments have two luxurious double bedrooms, two bathrooms, a full kitchen and spacious lounge / dining room. A sofa bed in the lounge can be used so that 6 people can be accommodated rather than 4.
