The timeshare consists of four 1 bedroom apartments with full lock off facilities.  Two of the bedrooms are classed as Grand, with a King bed and Queen sleeper sofa , kitchenette with refrigerator/freezer, microwave oven, coffee maker, washing machine and drier, breakfast bar and dining table.  The master bedroom has a luxury en suite Jacuzzi bath and walk-in shower.  A large television, DVD player and Hi-Fi system complete the furnishings.  The rear balcony overlooks Old Wilson Lake and provides an excellent view of the nightly fireworks displays from Disney and Universal.  The other two standard bedrooms are equipped with King bed, Queen sleeper sofa, a fully equipped kitchen and en suite bathroom and shower.

The 4 apartments are available from a choice of 23 weeks including January, April ,May, August, September, October, November and December.  The apartments are located on the sixth floor with a lift, and can be exchanged for a lower floor with ground level parking.  Owners can check-in from Friday, Saturday or Sunday and weeks can be split.

Exchanges can be arranged within any of the 12 Westgate Resorts in Florida, Las Vegas ,Myrtle Beach and Gatlinburg. Also the timeshare can be exchanged for a Caribbean cruise.  Membership of Interval International provides worldwide exchanges if preferred.
