Palm Beach Club is RCI Gold Crown Resort in Las Americas on the south coast of Tenerife. The club is located directly on the beautiful beach promenade� Las Americas - Costa Adeje. The beach is just across the road from the club. In the immediate vicinity there are restaurants and cafes for taking food and snacks. There are many on-site children's activities and sports. The club has a beautiful pool with a large sun terrace. It has restaurants, a small supermarket, a sauna, a fitness room and an enclosed parking area.

The apartment is available for sale for the week 07 (usually the third week in February). Arrival is Friday.

The apartment is located in the 7th floor with direct views of the Atlantic Ocean and La Gomera Island and the beach promenade. The apartment includes a bedroom, a living room with a sofa bed for two people, a full kitchen and very nice bathroom. The apartment has air conditioning,� newly renovated and furnished, has large balcony with four chairs and a table which offers great sunsets.

We have been many years in the Palm Beach Club in Tenerife and have spent very nice holiday there. The island is dear to us, so we are very sorry that we can not use the apartment due to health reasons. This is the reason alone the timeshare week is for sale.
