Beverly Hills Heights is located in a quieter area of Los Cristianos, a short walk from local shops, supermarkets and wide variety of bars and restaurants.

Although it is situated approximately one mile from the beach, a courtesy shuttle bus runs frequently from the Resort to drop off points at both Los Cristianos and Playa de las Americas giving easy access to the beaches and an extensive range of shops and restaurants.  In addition, on Sundays the bus also calls at the large market in Los Cristianos.

The Resort surrounds a large heated swimming pool with ample sunbeds and umbrellas.  Ownership also entitles guests to use the facilities of the adjacent Hollywood Mirage Resort which offers two further heated swimming pools, restaurant and bar providing nightly entertainment.

This one bedroom two level duplex deluxe apartment situated on the second floor has the benefit of two bathrooms, sleeps 4, and has two balconies overlooking the pool.

As this week falls within the Christmas holiday period it gives the opportunity to enjoy some winter sun.  Alternatively, due to its popularity, if ceded into RCI's Points System, it attracts a high number of points which enables exchange into many exciting resorts around the world.  In their Weeks System, it gives a high trading power which enables similar exchanges.

Over the years we have been fortunate enough to exchange into excellent resorts in other Canarian Islands, mainland Europe, Hawaii, San Francisco, New York, Las Vegas, Canada, Mexico and Aruba.

A further advantage of this particular week is that every four or five years, when the calendar provides a week 53, first refusal is offered to owners at a discounted maintenance rate.
