The time share for sale is a two-bedroom combination apartment within the red season in the Royal Goan Beach Club at Royal Palms.  It sleeps up to a maximum of eight adults, and the resort is suitable for adults and children alike.  The central pool area is the ideal place to relax and unwind and to take advantage of the restaurant and bar facilities, and the beach is within walking distance of the resort.  Other facilities include a 24 hour reception, maid service, a gym and children's activities.  The nearest town is within easy driving distance and the airport transfer time is very reasonable.

The unit is a two-bedroom combination apartment, comprising of two 1-bedroom apartments which can be linked up if required.  Each apartment sleeps up to four adults, and has a master bedroom, bathroom, a living cum dining room and a well-equipped kitchen.  There is the added advantage that the unit can be used or exchanged to sleep 8 in the same week, or to sleep 4 in different weeks, allowing you to take two separate holidays.

Owning this unit entitles you to accommodation anytime throughout the calendar year including school holidays, within any of the Royal Goan Beach Club resorts i.e. at Royal Palms, Haathi Mahal, Monterio or Benaulim.  In addition, there is the option of exchanging the week in India or globally within Royal Resorts or through RCI.  We have owned the week for several years now and have enjoyed great exchange holidays in resorts in Mexico (both west and east coasts), Tasmania, Spain and Tenerife.

The children are all grown up now and have different interests, hence the reason for the sale.
