Grande Villas is managed by Diamond Resorts and is affiliated to RCI and II holiday exchange companies. The resort is in a secluded Lake Buena Vista location in Orlando, Florida. It is close to Disney, 2 miles from Downtown Disney, 4 miles from Sea World and 7 miles from Universal by car. It is 18 miles from Orlando Internal Airport.

The complex has beautifully landscaped gardens. There are two outdoor pools, including a three storey volcano pool with fountains and slides and another children’s pool for toddlers. For the more energetic there is a sand volleyball court, a tennis court, mini golf and a large fitness centre. Additionally there is a games room and a children’s playground. There is a poolside café and Deli on site with numerous restaurants located nearby. Designer outlets and major shopping malls are easily accessible by car.

The Unit for sale is a fixed week -- week 20. Mid May.
For exchange purposes you have the option, each year, to deposit the timeshare as a 3 bedded unit or benefit from two weeks depositing the 2 bedroomed component for one week and the 1 bedroomed apartment (Lock Off) for a second week, enabling you to exchange two weeks in the same year.

The Unit is on the 4th floor and is accessed by elevators. Within the entrance hall of the Unit, both the 2 bed roomed apartment and the 1 bedroomed apartment have their own entrances. The 1 bedroomed apartment has a master suite with a king size bed and master bathroom, a lounge and a fully equipped kitchen. The 2 bedroomed apartment has a king size bed, two single beds and a queen sized pullout in the lounge. The Unit has a spacious lounge, dining area and two bathrooms. It is tastefully decorated with comfortable sofas and chairs. Both apartments have air conditioning, ceiling fans, televisions and DVD player. There is a screened off balcony with table, chairs/loungers and access from both apartment lounges. There is ample car parking space near to each unit. The maximum occupancy is 8.

We purchased this Unit in 2009 to use with our family. The family has expanded now and they have purchased their own timeshares. As we own another 2 bedded Unit, we no longer need the 3 bedded one.
