In 2005, we used the lock-out option to split this time-share week into two separate weeks/units on the Marriott Vacation Club system (for which there was a small fee). We then lodged the two weeks on the Interval International system, requesting an exchange into the Marriott resort at Phuket, Thailand. The Marriott resort in Thailand only has 2-bedroom units. We were exchanged into 2 weeks of a 2-bed villa at Marriott's Phuket resort.
