The Village Coconut Island is a few minutes boat trip from the mainland near Patong Thailand. This Absolute Destination facility is affiliated with membership with Interval International and can also be resourced through RCI as a third party.

This facility is a one (1) bedroom unit - HIGH season - floating weeks. Meaning no restriction on when you choose to travel/relax. Thus any time of the year - no restrictions. One Bedroom unit - sleeps maximum of four (4) persons. The fact this is advertised as Coconut Island does not mean you are only here - only a facility/name. You stay where you choose as per your membership. We have not been to Coconut Island (due to above) BUT have been to Q-Signature Koh Samui (three times) and Sea Pearl Patong (three times) - each booked through Absolute - and a great time experienced, thoroughly recommend.

We are selling this because as aged pensioners we just cannot meet the financials. If we were both still employed - we would not hesitate to remain and travel more.

The beauty of this agreement is that we have NOT USED the 2012 and 2013 week of our entitlement, these will be transferred to a prospective purchaser.

We have enjoyed several very enjoyable holidays through Absolute and would recommend any from a wide range of choices.
