Sunset Bay Club is a Diamond Resort in Adeje Tenerife. The complex has two outdoor pools, one heated all year. Both have lifeguards in attendance. There are several places to dine or grab a snack or drink. On site there is also a children's play area and there is a small supermarket and laundry on the plaza.

The timeshare is fixed week 10 which generally falls around 2nd or third week in march.

The apartment is level to a pathway leading to a few steps or lift to reception plaza. It looks out over the heated pool (snack bar).  Has a large patio with sun loungers table and six chairs. There are two entrances one at the front and the other leads off the patio to the lounge. Two bedrooms, one double en-suite, one with two single beds, also a pull-out sofa in the lounge which can sleep two. There is fully fitted kitchen plus eating area in the lounge. There are slimline TV's in all rooms air conditioning/heating. There is a large separate area off the lounge for drying towels etc.

The site is close to Porto Colon beach which has plenty of restaurants, shops and bars along the promenade.

We have owned the week for many years and have had great holidays in Sunset Bay. Made some great friends. We are now old age pensioners and find the travelling is getting too much. This is the reason for the sale.
