We have enjoyed over 10 years of holidays in this well appointed detached lodge enjoying the outstanding scenery of the immediate surrounding area in the autumn. It is a Saturday to Saturday week, the first week of October.

The detached lodge and ground level sheltered veranda overlooks a pond and fountain. Sunshine is on the veranda in the mornings. The lodge is a 5 minute walk from Cameron House Hotel.

The gym, and pool are offered free to lodge owners. The Marina and 9 hole golf course are also an easy 5 minute walk on the level and has a restaurant. The Carrick nearby has a courtesy bus service and offers spa facilities and restaurant.

Highlights for myself and my late husband include the Sunday French market at Loch Lomond Shores for lakeside shopping for fresh bread and cheese. Jenners of Edinburgh department store is also here.

Glasgow is an easy visit within half an hour by car or by train from nearby Balloch.

Helensborough, Oban and Calendar are nearby for a good day out.
