The Lounge is air-conditioned with ceiling fan, comfortable easy seating a sofa bed and colonial style dining area. A flat screen TV receives all popular BBC, ITV and Sky TV programmes and an in-house 24 hr film channel, radio/CD, telephone and WIFI  access are also available within the apartment.

The fully fitted kitchenette is also very well equipped, with large selection of utensils, cutlery, crockery and glassware for 4 place settings.

Well appointed full size bath with shower over, low level w.c, bidet and full width vanity mirror with hairdryer. Hand and bath towels are changed daily and a courtesy pack of toiletries are provided.

The Master Bedroom is air-conditioned with ceiling fan, double bed and spacious built-in double wardrobe, with secure safe deposit box. The colonial style chest/dressing table provides further storage with a well positioned vanity light and seating.

Both Lounge and Master Bedroom feature patio doors leading out onto full width balcony, with 4 seater patio set. The garden is laid mainly to lawn, with attractive flower and shrub borders.

The resort features a large pool, a separate safe area for children, a pool side bar/cafeteria.  Restaurant and bar feature nightly entertainment for all the family. Half Board terms offering breakfast and evening meal can also be arranged.  It is convenient for a large selection of local shops and restaurants, the beach and picturesque walks along the promenade of Costa Adeje. The resort can also arrange a number of organised tours and excursions to attractions and places of interest around the Island.

Tenerife is regularly serviced by a number of UK airlines and the resort can arrange transfer to and from the airport. Full details of this and all other benefits and arrangements may be supplied on request.

The apartment has a high value of trading power and we have put this to good use with some marvellous holidays in Florida, Las Vegas and several UK resorts. Unfortunately due to my wife's recent mobility problems, we now have to offer the apartment for sale.
