Beverly Hills Heights is an RCI gold crown resort in Los Cristianos Tenerife.  It is situated on the hillside overlooking the attractive town of Los Cristianos, which is a bustling town with  many shops, restaurants and fantastic beaches.  It is a short drive from the airport and within walking distance of Las Americas along a very attractive promenade.   There is a bus station only a short walk away with frequent bus services to all other parts of the island if you do not want to hire a car. There is a half hourly complimentary bus service from the resort into town.

Beverly Hills Heights is a secluded resort of attractive apartments surrounding an attractive swimming pool which is suitable for swimmers or non swimmers.  It is suitable for swimming all year round.  There is an onsite gym, restaurant and entertainment.  There are many nearby high class restaurants and supermarkets.

Our timeshare is a fixed week at the end of September but it is possible to exchanged this week with RCI and therefore available to go more or less anywhere in the world, which we have taken advantage of many times.  The apartment has one bedroom with en-suite facilities.  There is a lounge with a settee which converts into a double bed and there is also a separate wardrobe in this room.  There is a dining room and fully fitted kitchen and a further bathroom with his and hers sinks, bath and shower.  The lounge and bedroom both have balconies leading off but adjoining.  The views from the balconies are looking out over the sea and Los Cristianos.   There is television and air-conditioning  and full laundry facilities.

The apartment has only three steps up from the main floor from reception and a few steps down to the pool.  A lift is not therefore required although there are ramps to the resort if needed.  The resort is extremely attractive , well maintained and secure .  There are car hire facilities on site and plenty of parking spaces.

We have had this timeshare for over twenty years and are very sorry to have to sell it, but unfortunately age catches up with all of us and we are unable to travel as we have in the past.
