The resort is located in the small town of Los Cristianos, in the south of Tenerife. The Club is in an elevated position, with views over the harbour.

The complex has two pools, squash and tennis courts, a fitness centre, bowling lanes and a soft play area. There is a cafe bar with evening entertainment, and a below ground soundproofed night club.

The timeshare for sale is for fixed weeks 43/44, at the end of October coinciding with British half term school breaks. The apartment is on the upper pool level, which necessitates using steps to and from the central reception area. There are two double bedrooms, with two bathrooms, affording full privacy for four people, and an extra two may utilise the convertible lounge sofa.  There is a fully equipped kitchen, and the apartment has air conditioning.  The main bedroom and lounge both open onto the wide balcony, which has a table with four chairs and two reclining chairs.  The balcony is south facing so that it enjoys day-long sunshine enabling the view to be fully appreciated.

We have owned the timeshare for twenty five years, and have always been impressed by the level of care manifest in its on going maintenance which applies to the whole complex. Now, with other interests, we have decided to pursue different modes of holiday which is the reason for offering the timeshare for sale.
