The Royal Savoy 5* Vacation Club Resort in Madeira is prominently located in the bay of Funchal within easy walking distance of the town and harbour.� The resort has two outdoor seawater pools, a children's splash pool, heated outdoor jacuzzi and pool side restaurant.� There is a sea level sundeck with�sun beds�and a jetty for sea bathing.� The�gardens offer shade and quiet with�cascades and fountains.� Indoors on the ground floor are a pool, fitness centre, sauna and beauty salon.� The main lounge areas are large and comfortable with library on the mezzanine level.� Vacation Club activities are varied and feature nightly in the a la carte restaurant and piano bar. Island excursions are numerous and ideal for families and all age groups.

The timeshare for sale is fixed two weeks 21 and 22 (Monday Changeover) until 31st December 2032 and usually falls end of May beginning of June.

The apartment is south facing on the 5th floor with ocean view and shaded balcony, large terrace, sun beds, dining table and chairs.

The master bedroom opens directly on to the terrace with en-suite bathroom (bath and separate shower) and walk- in wardrobes.� The lounge also opens on to the terrace and has a sofa bed for guests and family with a separate full size shower room.� Large dining area and fully equipped kitchen including microwave.� The one bedroom air conditioned apartment can sleep 4 and is fully serviced on a daily basis.� Towelling robes and linen are provided. Also room service if required.� There are multi-lingual satellite (flat screen) TVs and a DVD surround sound system.

There is a large underground car park which is supervised at all times.

The Royal Savoy offer exchange weeks if it is not convenient to use the allocated weeks. They also offer a rental programme.
