Aucanada Club" - Now called "Onagrup Club Aucanada" is an RCI resort complex situated on the north east coast of the island of Mallorca in the town of  Alcudia. The complex is set on a gentle hill overlooking Alcudia Cove, where you can find very nice places to eat, swimming from the beach/rocks and a golf course.  The town centre of Alcudia (Puerto de Alcudia) is just 5 minutes drive away, or 20/30 minutes stroll. It's an excellent place to walk, eat and soak up the atmosphere in the evening - during the day you can enjoy one of the best longest white sand and safe beach on the island.

The "Aucanada Club" has a Spanish village atmosphere and is set in tropical gardens with three pools, a comfortable bar, restaurant and a convenient mini market/store.

The apartment is available as a fixed week usage - week 31 (03-10th August this year) with check-in being on Saturdays. The apartment is on two levels with full kitchen, laundry room, WC, lounge and balcony on the ground floor. On the second floor is the bathroom/WC and the bedrooms - master bedroom has balcony overlooking the bay. The apartment has two bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 6 people ( 2 people use a sofa bed in the lounge). The apartment is air conditioned, spacious and very well equipped - Having just (18 months ago) had a major refit, refurbish and replacement of furnishings.The apartment has parking for one car, however there is ample space elsewhere for other vehicles.

I have owned this apartment for many years and just love the resort and the area - Mallorca is a special island.The other upside to having had this apartment is it allowed us to travel to many other countries and resorts using the RCI exchange system, staying in places that you would normally only dream of.

Due to personal circumstances I can no longer enjoy this wonderful facility and therefore by passing this on at the very low price being asked, might help someone else to enjoy what we did.
