Barnsdale Country Club is set on the North Shore of the beautiful Rutland Water in the heart of England's smallest County, amid rolling hills and farmland next to the world famous Barnsdale Gardens. The complex includes Tennis courts, all weather Bowls, pitch & putt and crazy golf, indoor swimming pool, gym, snooker etc., together with restaurants, bar and beauty salon.

Unit 44 is the penthouse (effectively third floor) apartment of the Oakham Suite, served by a lift to 2nd floor and one flight of stairs + 2 steps. The apartment is fully equipped with 2 bathrooms (1 on-Suite) with jacuzzi baths, 2 bedrooms, full Kitchen and large lounge/dining room with stone balcony overlooking part of the gardens and the western end and shores of the lake. There is also an allocated car park space with locking guard post.

We have owned the week for nearly 20 years and have enjoyed every one of them, whether on site or using as an exchange to Majorca, Tenerife, Turkey, Portugal and elsewhere.

Having now retired, & the kids having flown the nest,the time has come to do other things, hence the sale.
