The Fountains is an RCI Gold Crown resort in Florida.  The resort is 16 miles from Orlando International Airport and located on International Drive, close to Seaworld.   The Fountains offers everything you would expect from a world-class resort as well as the convenience of a central location and offers a shuttle service to Orlando's famous theme parks.

The resort has its own claim to fame - Bluegreen's Wakoola Springs. This 75,000-square-foot tropical oasis sets itself apart from an everyday pool with two twisting water slides, a zero-entry pool, interactive water fountains, two hot tubs. Cross over the two bridges on the campus and head over to one of two fire circles for evening stargazing and relaxation.

The resort also has BBQ grills, biking, billiards, children's pool, clubhouse, concierge, fishing fitness room, games room, hot tubs, indoor heated pool, internet access, kids activity club, lake, live entertainment, lobby bar, on-site security, paddle boats, playground, playground, poolside bar, restaurant, sauna/steam room and snack bar - all set in 54 acres. The timeshare for sale is a fixed week 18, which generally commences around the 1st week of May and is an excellent time for great weather and short queues at the theme parks.

The apartment is on the 4th Floor (ground floor being level 1) and there is a lift.  The large balcony looks over the lake.  It has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (1 en suite) and a sofa bed in the lounge, so will comfortably sleep 6.  The apartment, with full kitchen, is extremely well equipped.  The unit comes with free parking for 1 car. We've owned the week for over 13 years now and had great holidays at The Fountains.  We now have to schedule vacations during school holidays hence the reason for sale.
