The timeshare is a fixed week and generally commences at end of February beginning March each year.

The apartment is on the fifth floor (there is a lift) and it overlooks the sea (St Pauls Bay) and some house tops. It has a very large balcony with a Jacuzzi at one end as well as sun loungers, table with four chairs.  Doors to it lead from both the bedroom and lounge.  The  Apartment has 1 bedroom and can comfortably sleep 4 people 2 on the pull out sofa in the lounge.  Living room has table and four chairs. Bed settee, and matching chair, sideboard containing plates etc., Tv, dvd player, Air conditioning, heating.  Maximum occupancy 4.  A large shower room, toilet and sink off the bedroom and  a bathroom off from the Lounge with low bath and hand shower toilet and sink.
