Liki Tiki Village Resort is an Interval International resort in Orlando, Florida. The complex has 2 swimming pools, a water park with slides (including bar for drinks and snacks). There are also organized children's' activities every day. They have a children's playground, tennis courts, basketball court, putting, bikes, small boats and fishing facilities.

The timeshares for sale are fixed weeks 12,13 and 14 that generally commence towards the end of March and usually falls within the Easter School holidays. The resort is approx. 7 miles from the Disneyworld Parks and there are many restaurants within the vicinity. There is a small shop on the premises and Supermarket close by.

The townhouse has 2 levels, 2 , bedrooms (with balcony), 2 bathrooms, lounge and kitchen/diner. It has a fully equipped kitchen with washer and dryer. It can comfortably sleep 6 people with 2 on the pull-out sofa in the lounge. There are also single rollaway beds or cots available on request. There is a covered in patio with table and chairs and parking is right outside the townhouse.

We have owned these 3 weeks now since 1986 and have visited every year since then. We get so much pleasure out of being there that we haven't really tried to exchange for anywhere else, although this is always possible. The reason for wanting to sell is our age and limitations for flying.
