This timeshare has the advantage of floating time, i.e any week subject to availability.  As part of the La Dorada ( ONA GRUP), it can be exchanged with any of their seven Spanish resorts or worldwide via RCI or Interval International.  The maintenance fees have been paid up to the end of 2013.  This timeshare has 2 double bedrooms and facilities for 6 people.  It is well equipped and comfortably furnished.  There is a convenience store on-site or an excellent supermarket nearby at Llucmajor.  The restaurant at Cala Pi is very good and there are several good restaurants nearby. There is often entertainment provided on site. There is a choice of two swimming pools; also a whirlpool, gymnasium and games room, Cala Pi is set in landscaped gardens, leading down to a lovely sandy beach and cove.  Palma airport is only a short drive away.  Car hire is recommended (there is plenty of free car parking around the site ), because there are plenty of beautiful and interesting places to visit on Majorca .We are wanting to sell our timeshare, because we are getting to old to travel far and our asking price is subject to negotiation.
