Charter Club of Naples Bay resort in Naples, Florida, is on the banks of the Gordon River and about half a mile from the Gulf Coast beach, a block up from Naples Pier. The complex has 33 apartments, a swimming pool and a club house as well as a bar area for drinks and snacks.  It's about a 10 minute walk from 5th Avenue with a wide variety of shops and many varied restaurants. There is the opportunity to go fishing from the beach, or on chartered boats into the Gulf.

The timeshare for sale is week 25 in June. This is a floating week which can be exchanged through interval International for TWO weeks.

The apartment is on the first floor and the balcony overlooks the small public park towards the river. The balcony has a table and chairs and a sun lounger with doors from both the lounge and the master bedroom. It has 2 bedrooms (one is a twin which can be made into a double) and can comfortably sleep 6 people with 2 on the pull-out sofa in the lounge. There are two bathrooms, both with a bath and shower. The apartment is well equipped and has air-conditioning and a full kitchen, washing machine and tumble drier.  There is plenty of space for car parking.

We've owned the week now for several years and had some great holidays in Naples, but it is possible to exchange through Interval International for two weeks, or directly through Island One Resorts throughout Florida.

We have just bought a house in France, hence the reason for the sale.
