The tropically landscaped resort consists of 336 rooms over 45 two story Mediterranean style villas and all rooms have either a golf or pool view. The Robert Trent 18 hole golf course is on your door step and the golden beach of Playa Dorada is 700 metres away (shuttle bus provided).

All rooms are air conditioned with a colour satellite TV and private bathroom . Cots are available.

There is a daily entertainment programme, non-motorised sports (windsurfing, snorkelling, surfing, kayaking etc.), nightly entertainment, tennis courts, gymnasium, sauna, whirlpool, table tennis, volleyball. Kids club from 4 - 12 years and swimming pool with children's area.

Car/Moped rental, beauty salon/massage parlour, shops, babysitting, laundry service, 24 hour medical service, room safety deposit box.

Buffet restaurant and two a la carte restaurants. Casino within walking distance.

This is a prime season timeshare with Allegro Vacation Club. The occupancy starts on a Saturday.

The timeshare is linked to RCI Worldwide whom we have traded our timeshare with to visit Florida, Canary Islands and even exchange for a barge in England. RCI have amazing resorts worldwide.

Maintenance charges are low: the highest has been $250 per annum over the last 8 years. Also, the unit can be exchanged for other Occidental Hotels in Dominican Republic, Aruba, Antigua, Mexico, Morocco and Tunisa (an additional charge may be incurred for superior accommodation).

All maintenance fees paid up to date and no outstanding loan. Only selling due to change in family circumstances.
