Beverley Hills Heights is a Gold Crown resort in Los Cristianos Tenerife. It is one of three resorts adjacent to each other.  It has a good sized pool an also a children’s pool.  There are always plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas available and there is a lifeguard on duty during the day.  There is also a children’s club and activities at the Beverley Hills Club.  There are supermarkets close by and the sister resorts Beverly Hills Club and Hollywood Mirage have supermarkets on site as well as restaurants.  The resort also has the patio bar that is open for snacks and drinks during the day.  There is a free courtesy bus to take you to the beach or in town that runs regularly during the day.

The timeshare for sale is a fixed week 26 that falls at the end of June beginning of July.  This coincides with the Scottish school summer holidays.  The change over day is Friday.

The apartment is a one bedroom Duplex with air conditioning.  The upstairs has a private balcony with sun loungers,  a bedroom and en suite bathroom.  Downstairs is open plan with a balcony overlooking the pool with a table and chairs.  The sofa pulls out to sleep two people. There is a full kitchen and a shower room.

We have owned this apartment for several years and have used it most years.  In the early days our daughter used to come and bring a friend with her.  We have had some great holidays.  We have also enjoyed exchange holidays with RCI in Tenerife and also North America.  We now feel ready for a change.
