Beverly Hills Heights Club is an RCI GOLD CROWN RESORT in Los Christianos, on the south coast of Tenerife with tidy landscaped gardens, a few different swimming pools as well as courtyards and a good selection of places to grab a snack or meal.  There are lots of different activities, on site sporting opportunities and a children's Crocodile Club, also a choice of evening entertainment and night club/disco.

The apartment is on the 1st floor and the view overlooks the pool area. It has one large balcony with four chairs and a table, with doors from both the lounge and master bedroom. It has two bedrooms (one en-suite) and a 2nd bathroom. It can sleep 6 with two people on the pull-out sofa in the lounge.  The apartment is well-equipped and has air conditioning and a well equipped kitchen.

We've owned fixed Week 45 (generally 9th November) since 2003. Temperature averages 74 degrees to 77 degrees fahrenheit at this lovely time of year and have had several great holidays here.  There is plenty free parking available around the resort and a free bus to and from the beach each day.

Maintenance payment is fully paid and up to date.
