Beverly Hill Heights is a self contained leisure resort, of Gold Crown Status, about a mile from the sandy beach, shops, bars and restaurants of the town and port of Los Cristianos situated in the southern part of Tenerife, one of The Spanish Canaries Island off the north western coast of Africa. A daily courtesy bus frequently runs to and from the apartments and Los Cristianos.

The Time Share Apartment  Week Holiday Period Number 45 is generally the second week in November. When arriving the apartments can be occupied at two p.m.. It is situated on the second floor reached by steps or lift. The balcony over looks the town and port. On entering the Deluxe Apartment the bathroom-with the twin washbasins, shower, bath and toilet-faces you. Turning right you pass the dining area with table and four chairs on the left and a full kitchen with fridge/freezer, normal oven/halogen hob, electric kettle, sink with waste disposal cupboard, window,breakfast bar, micro-wave oven and stools on the right with air condition control on the wall. Passing between a safety banister you descend two steps to the lounge area containing coffee table, easy chair, bed-settee, two small tables, telephone, table with satellite T.V.  On the right is a wardrobe with iron, iron board and extra bed linen and ceiling fan control to lounge and bedroom  on the wall. There is a door to the twin bedded en suite(with shower unit, toilet and washbasin) with patio doors, wardrobe with safe, hair drier, dressing table, bedside tables with drawers and bed lights and ceiling fan. The lounge patio doors lead onto a balcony which extends to the bedroom patio doors. There is a table with four chairs and two sun loungers. There is an extensive view over the port and town of Los Cristianos and neighbouring Las Americas. Refuse and towels are changed daily (except Sunday) and bed linen is changed twice a week.  A daily maid service can be arranged at an extra cost.

At the rear the exit is to a pathway overlooking a swimming pool surrounded in part by palm trees and tropic garden. There is a snack bar as you approach the reception area where there is a room where luggage may be stored when leaving. Occupiers are expected to vacate their apartment by ten a.m. the day they are departing. Beverly Hill Heights also share the modern amenities, including restaurant, sporting facilities, children's play area, night club and cabaret with Beverly Hills Club and Hollywood Mirage. In the past the present owners have made many exchanges of different destinations through R. C. I.

There is a nearby super market and an Italian restaurant across the road with several excellent restaurants within walking distance. The present owners are in their late eighties hence the reason for selling.
