Cala Pi is only 45 minutes drive from Palma Airport mainly on motorway type roads.   The Resort itself is located on the coast with it's own private cove.  It is reached by an adopted road terminating in a small residential area which includes a number of restaurants.  The location is quiet and off the beaten track, giving the timeshare an unique atmosphere.

Week 14 occasionally falls on Easter Bank Holiday.  The apartment has two double bedrooms, bathroom and kitchen with an adjoining drying area and a balcony looking out to sea.   It is located on the 2nd floor with stair and lift access. There are facilities for car parking.

The timeshare is located in an RCI Gold Crown Resort allowing exchanges to many parts of the World.  We have undertaken exchange visits to Florida USA, Spain, Malta, Portugal and the Balearic Islands to name but a few over a great many years.  However, we are now no longer able to make full use of the facilities offered hence the reason for the sale.
